Found out that i didn't close the back frame while testing the phone and the antenna didn't touch the circuit.

After assembling whole phone till the end and charging phone it works perfectly. So lesson learned, don't ask questions from forums in the middle of assembly. :) Always assemble your device all the way, before trouble shooting!
