Hello, I got Alcatel onetouch idol x+ (6030D) for Christmas and it worked amazingly. After 2-3 weeks it randomly crashed and got stucked in a bootloop. Only thing that worked was a factory reset through boot menu, which was also hard to acess due to the restarting.. Anyway, I have accepted that I had to factory reset and went on with no problem whatsoever. Now after another almost two weeks it happened again. The battery is and was charged at both times and the factory reset helped in both cases but I am kind of sure this will happen again. Is it just that the phone is poorly made or do I have a defective piece?

So the thing was partially fixed by sending the phone to the place where I got it from so they'd repair it. They changed the entire motherboard. It still resets sometimes (might be gpu overheating or RAM is too fucked). Either way it's manageable now.
