Sorry no, all of the iPads have soldered in RAM & Flash memory, as such they are not internally expandable.

There is a bunch of 3rd party add-on's that can give you more storage (flash) and battery power via the dock connector (old or new) as well as via wireless connection (WiFi) with either flash or hard drive solutions.
