iHome does not turn on
You cannot get your iHome to turn on.
AC adapter is not connected
If your iHome is not on battery power and won't turn on when it's plugged into a wall outlet, then your iHome is not properly connected to its AC adapter. Plug the included AC adapter into a wall outlet, then plug the adapter jack's plug into the DC power jack on the left side of your iHome iP37.

If not, replace the batteries with 4 new AA batteries. You can easily access the batteries by pushing the tabs on the lower section and removing the panel.

The iHome will not charge any device while it is running solely on battery power, so plugging the iHome into the wall outlet is necessary for charging.
