设备无法开机
“设备无法开机”的特征是灯光/LED 无显示或无响应。
电池隔绝片可能未取下
电池隔绝片是位于电池仓上的一小块塑料片。它起到绝缘作用，隔开电池端子与金属触点。
使用了错误的电池
必须使用不可充电的碱性电池。
电池金属触点接触不良
确保电池的金属触点表面清洁，没有碎屑或腐蚀物。
环境可能影响体重秤功能
如果环境温度过高或过于潮湿，可能会影响设备的运行。
主板故障

屏幕无响应

体重秤测量读数偏差极大
“体重秤测量读数偏差极大”指体重读数不准确。
你移动得太频繁
如果屏幕上出现箭头，请尝试朝箭头的方向倾斜身体，以获得最佳稳定性。如果屏幕上出现四个箭头，说明你移动得太频繁。过多的移动会导致读数不准确。
体重秤刚被移动过
如果移动了体重秤，请至少等待 10 秒让其去皮（校准），否则读数将不准确。
地毯可能是读数不准的原因
如果将体重秤放在地毯上，地毯可能会干扰读数，具体取决于地毯的厚度。请确保在体重秤底部使用随附的垫片/地毯底座。另外，请尝试在坚硬的地板上使用体重秤，看看是否是地毯的问题。
压力传感器故障

My scale didn´t power on after replacing batteries, I even powered it with usb cable and no result, pressing back button more than 8 secs for reset, I was going to give up and suddenly, after rolling/spinning the batteries(ikea new ones) inside their housing (rubing their surface with my hand) it came back to life ¿bad contact of metallic conectors? I don´t Know but thanks god.
By the way, I mistaked polarity one of the multiple times I rechanged the batteries, no harm I gess as its working again.
Love the way this scale register my weight on the cloud, but this brand is not sound: I bought a watch Activite !And the minutes clock hand move out of the time every day! It seems the step motor is defeated by centrifugal forces when weared on wrist.

This helped me to get started again. I also cleaned the contact surfaces by hand and suddenly the screen lit up. Very touchy piece of equipment, but good.

My display seems to be stuck in a loop after stepping on scale:
1. Turns on for about 1.5 seconds with weight shown
2. Dims to about 30% brightness for about 1 second (still with weight shown)
3. Turns completely off for about 1 second
4. Back to step 1
The previous day it worked fine. The next morning I stepped on the scale it started happening. I’ve replaced batteries, reset device, did a new setup from my phone.
Great scale when it worked, but I guess I’ve reached the usable lifetime.
Ideas?
