If your eufy RoboVac 11S MAX's brushes are not spinning, follow this page for solutions.

Ensure you clean out your vacuum brush after each use to prevent hair and debris buildup. If you see a lot of hair and debris build up, try to remove it. You may have to use scissors to remove hair buildup.

If you notice that your brush is worn out, it may need to be replaced. If you need to replace the brush, you can order a new one on the Eufy website.
