设备无法开机
按下电源按钮时设备无响应，或者插入电源适配器后没有反应。
电源适配器故障
插入电源适配器后，设备应有反应。如果没有反应，可能是电源适配器损坏。电源适配器为标准 Micro USB 接口，大多数手机充电均使用此接口。尝试更换充电线，看看设备是否有反应。如果仍然无反应，你可能需要更换电池。
电池故障
如果电池无法保持电量，或完全无法充电，则极有可能是电池故障。按照此 指南 查看如何进行更换。
显示屏故障
屏幕破裂、触摸无响应，或者设备已开机但屏幕没有任何显示。
屏幕更换
屏幕破裂需要更换，如果屏幕对触摸无响应，更换屏幕也可能是解决方案。你可以按照我们的 屏幕更换 指南进行操作。如果你已更换屏幕，但显示屏仍无法正常工作，请查看下方的主板更换指南。
设备已开机，但运行异常
设备能正常开机，屏幕没有故障迹象，但软件运行不正常。按钮可能失灵，设备运行缓慢。
主板故障
你无法更换主板上的特定部件，因此需要进行完整的拆解和更换。你可以按照我们的 指南 进行操作。
摄像头故障
摄像头无法拍照、图像失真，或者拍摄的照片中似乎有颗粒物。
摄像头更换
如果拍摄的图像不正常，你必须 更换 摄像头模块。
塑料盖板损坏
蓝色塑料盖板损坏、开裂，或铰链脱落。
盖板更换
更换盖板需要拆下塑料背板。你可以按照我们的 指南 进行操作。

My son's profile picture won't let him log on only the Parent profile will log on. Please help!

My daughter in notable is doing this, when dragging her icon to the “circle" it won't stay there, icon just goes back to original position. I have tried turning off/on etc, nothing fixes.

Check “Time Limits" in parental controls menu.
Tablet is time limited unless otherwise set by parent.

For anyone else having this problem I just fixed it, the time limits in the parental controls were set to to 0hrs 0mins meaning they can not logon!!! Check your time limits and set them not only to what time the child can use but also the total amount of time per day

Have two units and can not get replacement batteries anywhere. They are boat anchors without a new polymer lithium ion three wire connectorized battery.
Vtech should be ashamed of themselves for not supporting their products better.
Will not buy from them again.
