听不到游戏语音聊天
耳机无法听到群组聊天声音。
未连接到手柄
确保耳机适配器已完全插入 Xbox One 手柄。
聊天音量过低
在 Turtle Beach 手柄适配器上，通过按下适配器聊天侧的向上箭头增加聊天音量。
麦克风无法工作
对着麦克风说话时，系统无法识别你的声音。
未完全插入
确保麦克风连接器已完全固定在耳机上的插孔中。如果未推到底，请进一步推入。
手柄更新
如果你的 Xbox One 手柄固件未运行在当前版本，它可能无法与耳机适配器配合使用。更新至最新版的手柄固件可能有助于麦克风正常工作。
适配器无法插入手柄
无论怎么尝试，你都无法将耳机适配器装入你的 Xbox One 手柄。
针脚不对齐
遗憾的是，有些耳机适配器在出厂时就存在针脚不对齐的问题，因此无论你如何用力，它们都无法装入 Xbox One 手柄。如果遇到这种情况，请联系购买耳机的零售商或 Turtle Beach 以寻求更换。
声音和/或麦克风断断续续
声音时有时无。耳机可能只有在电线以特定方式弯曲时才能正常工作。

On my Xbox one dashboard is shows that there is no headset/mic connected to the controller, I've tried just about everything and there is still no audio going into the headset and I also can't talk to anyone in Xbox parties. Both my headset and my console is up to date with the latest version and I still have the same problem, my headset is brand new and the wires are fine, I'm thinking it may be a problem with either my adapter or my xbox one controller..... Can anyone relate to this issue? Or does anyone have any solutions? Oh, and I've done everything that Xbox support told me to do and it's still having the same issue.

The same thing is happening to me and I have tried using a different controller and it works fine , not sure weather it s a problem with my controller . Also the controller that it works on is the old version , not sure if that has anything to do with it or not .

2 days ago when I was in a party chat with my friends my mic sounded perfectly fine but now they say it sounds like I'm mumbling or far away
