Sony SRS-XB30 故障排除

I've tried to reset my speaker but it still won't turn on or charge

I have this speaker model, and the original charger that came in the box broke with the top of the pin still lodged in the charging port. The speaker worked till the previous charged battery lasted, however, after that, it did not charge with a new charger either. Any suggestions?

I've mistakenly changed with 18v charger so then it won't charge nor turn on. No response.. what should i do? T.T

I unplugged the unit from its charger (at the unit, not from the wall) while I was actively playing music through a bluetooth connection. The sound stopped immediately, which apparently is normal, but now I can only get sound from bluetooth if the unit is plugged in to power. No sound at all using the battery. I’ve tried resetting the unit, terminating and reconnecting the bluetooth device, using bluetooth standby - nothing works in regaining sound using just the battery. What is wrong with the unit?

I have just fitted a new battery to the srsxb30 but still not working won't turn on , have tried reset , I have looked for a replacement charging box but am unable to find one have looked on Sony parts and on the Internet. Any help please
