Device Won't Turn On
No matter what you do, you can't get your Audio System to turn on.
Faulty Power Cord
Check to see that the power cord is fully plugged in. If the device still does not turn on, check both the cord and the plug for any corrosion. If there appears to be any corrosion, the corroded part must be replaced.
Faulty Power Switch

Problems With Speakers
The speakers are not making sound or making weird sounds.
No Sound Coming Out of Speaker
Make sure the sub woofer is on. Once you're sure the sub woofer is on, check to see if the mute button is turned on. Try turning up the volume. Check to see there are no headphones plugged in. Make sure the correct function is selected for the device you are trying to use. If the speakers still don't have any sound, try removing your iPod case so the iPod can be securely connected. Speakers Have Rattling Noise
If your speakers are making a rattling noise, they may be blown and need to be replaced. Reference this guide for more help: (link to our guide)
Problems With Subwoofer
Try turning the subwoofer off and then on again.
Remote Not Functioning
The device isn't responding to any inputs on the remote.
Remote Battery Is Dead
Replace the batteries.
Speakers Don't Recognize Remote
If the speakers are having trouble recognizing the remote, make sure there are no obstacles between the two devices. Make sure you are pointing the remote towards the audio system. Move the device away from any fluorescent light. Make sure your iPod is securely connected and nothing is blocking the port.
Buttons Not Functioning
If the buttons on your remote are not functioning, try cleaning the remote. If the remote still does not work, try replacing the rubber behind the button.
Speakers Having Trouble Recognizing Connected Device
Your speaker isn't recognizing another connected device.
Something Blocking Port
Check there is nothing in the port of your iPod preventing a connection.
Devices Aren't Compatible
Make sure the device you are trying to connect is compatible with the speakers. The port and dock should look the same. If they do not, you will need to purchase an adapter or use an auxiliary cord to transmit sound.
Dock Is Broken
