相机停止工作。屏幕显示“相机错误。请关闭并重新开启电源”
检查电池
按下并按住电源开关，检查相机电源状况。如果屏幕仍然全黑且无法开启，松开电源开关，然后从设备中取出电池。如果电池发烫，请等待其冷却（大约需要几分钟）。如果电池正常，请使用外部充电器套件为电池充电 10 分钟。然后将电池放回设备中，并开启相机。
电池更换
从设备中取出电池。更换为备用电池。为新电池充电 5 分钟，然后尝试开启设备。
给相机降温
从卡槽中取出存储卡，然后取出电池。将相机放置在阴凉处 20 分钟，然后再开启相机电源。
相机无法连接到电脑

在连接到电脑的情况下，使用顶部的电源开关重启相机。等待电脑识别相机。
USB 接口无法工作
尝试使用所连接设备上的另一个 USB 接口。如果无效，请前往索尼官网此处，选择你的操作系统并下载安装相机驱动程序。
需要更换 USB 线
如果可以，请使用另一根 Micro USB 线。这与许多移动设备使用的线缆相同。
照片无法保存到存储卡

更换存储卡
找到手柄底部的滑动开关。滑动开关打开塑料面板，露出存储卡和电池。向下按压存储卡将其弹出，然后更换一张新存储卡。
格式化存储卡
按下设备上的“菜单 (Menu)”按钮。向右按键（ISO）直到找到第五页的工具箱图标。在“格式化 (Format)”选项上按下“确认 (Enter)”按钮，然后再次按下“确认 (Enter)”按钮以格式化存储卡。这将删除存储卡上的所有现有数据。
照片上有斑点

简单除尘
使用右下角的镜头释放按钮拆下连接的镜头。按住镜头释放按钮，逆时针转动镜头直至其脱离。使用小型吹尘器，挤压吹尘器以吹掉传感器上的灰尘，切勿让吹尘器尖端触碰到传感器。将镜头上的白点与相机上的白点对齐，然后顺时针旋转以重新安装镜头。
专业清洁
寻找当地的相机店或在线服务，对传感器进行专业清洁。
取景器黑屏，取景器内无显示

检查镜头盖
拍摄前请确保已取下镜头盖，将镜头盖从镜头上取下，再次通过取景器观察。
相机已关闭
必须开启相机才能通过取景器观察。请确保电池已充满电，将电源开关拨至开启位置，然后通过取景器观察。

message says “attach lens properly”. tis is the optical steady shot 16-50. other lenses work fine.

Umm… Unless I’m missing something, you need to connect your camera to the PC to install firmware updates. How is that accomplished when the USB port is not functioning?
“Use another USB port on the device you're connecting to. If this does not work, manually install camera drivers by selecting your operating system and downloading them from the Sony website”

out of the blue I started getting the “incompatible battery” message with all three fully charged batteries. They seem to work on a different a6k with a worn out shutter. Clearly something in the camera’s battery well or detection function. 2 of the 3 batteries are Sony. Worked fine yesterday. Anybody got any ideas?

The message says “attach lens properly”. I RE ATTATCHED again ...and again ...same message. This is the same lens that came with the camera that I bought new in 2018. The other lens works fine. Please help.
