Device won't turn on ¶
You have tried turning on the device but nothing happens
Drained Battery ¶
If your tablet does not turn on, it may be low on charge. Try plugging the device into the charger, wait 10-15 minutes, and try turning it on again. If the tablet still does not turn on, wait for it to fully charge, then try again.
Dead Battery ¶
If the device refuses to charge, the battery may be dead. In this case, you will need to purchase and install a new battery. Follow the Battery Replacement Guide to find out how to do this.
Screen is cracked ¶
The screen has been damaged and will not respond. In that case, the damaged or cracked screen will have to be replaced by following the Screen Replacement Guide
Case is broken ¶
If your tablet's outer case is cracked, scratched, or indented, the device may have been dropped. To remove the case and replace it with a new case, follow the Case Replacement Guide.
Buttons are stuck or not responding ¶
The power button, home screen button and/or the volume button are not responding
Buttons cannot be pressed ¶
When the button cannot be pressed or when a button is pressed and it takes longer than usual to pop back up, there may be something below the actual key that is holding it up. To fix these, remove the button and make sure nothing is stuck below it. You may have to wipe the surface underneath. Once the area is clean, place the button back. Buttons are missing ¶
If the power button, home screen button and/or volume button are missing, then you will have to replace them.
Audio Not Working ¶
The device is on, but the audio is not working properly
Very low sound ¶
The volume on the tablet may be turned down. Try using the buttons on the side to increase the speaker volume until sound can be heard.
There is no sound ¶
The volume may be turned up, but the device may be on a muted setting. Try going into the device settings and removing it from the muted state.
Damaged Speakers ¶
The speaker on the tablet may be damaged and/or not working properly. Try restarting the device. If this does not fix the problem, Try re-installing the OS. It should fix the problem. If not, the speaker may need to be replaced. To replace the speaker, follow the Speaker Replacement Guide.
Weak Network & Wi-Fi Signal ¶
If you aren't receiving Network or Wi-Fi signal, first make sure that you are in airplane mode or not. After that check the network connection. Then ensure that Wi-Fi connection is working properly. If the issue still occurs the antenna may need to be replaced. To replace the antenna, follow the antenna replacement guide.
