设备无法开机
你尝试开启设备，但没有任何反应
电池电量耗尽
如果你的平板电脑无法开机，可能是因为电量过低。尝试将设备连接到充电器，等待 10-15 分钟，然后再试着开机。如果平板电脑仍然无法开机，请等待其完全充满电，然后再试一次。
电池没电
如果设备拒绝充电，则电池可能已经损坏。在这种情况下，你需要购买并安装一块新的电池。请按照 电池更换指南 中的步骤进行操作。
屏幕破裂
屏幕已损坏且没有反应。在这种情况下，必须按照 屏幕更换指南 来更换受损或破裂的屏幕。
外壳破损
如果平板电脑的外壳有裂纹、划痕或凹痕，说明设备可能曾经跌落。要拆下外壳并更换新外壳，请按照 外壳更换指南 操作。
按钮失灵
电源按钮、主屏幕按钮和/或音量按钮没有反应
按钮无法按压
当按钮无法按压，或者按下按钮后回弹速度慢于平常时，可能是按键下方有异物卡住。要解决这些问题，请拆下按钮并确保下方没有卡住任何东西。你可能需要擦拭按钮下方的表面。清洁区域后，将按钮放回原位。如需了解具体操作，请按照 按钮清洁/更换指南 进行操作。
按钮丢失
如果电源按钮、主屏幕按钮和/或音量按钮缺失，则必须进行更换。
音频无法工作
设备处于开启状态，但音频无法正常工作
声音极小
平板电脑的音量可能被调低了。尝试使用侧面的按钮增大扬声器音量，直到能够听到声音为止。
没有声音
音量可能已经调大，但设备可能处于静音设置状态。尝试进入设备设置并取消静音状态。
扬声器损坏
平板电脑的扬声器可能已损坏和/或无法正常工作。尝试重启设备。如果这无法解决问题，尝试重新安装操作系统。这应该能解决问题。如果还不行，可能需要更换扬声器。要更换扬声器，请按照 扬声器更换指南 操作。
网络和 Wi-Fi 信号微弱
如果你无法接收到网络或 Wi-Fi 信号，首先确认设备是否处于飞行模式。检查网络连接情况，并确保 Wi-Fi 连接工作正常。如果问题仍然存在，则可能需要更换天线。要更换天线，请按照 天线更换指南 操作。

My tablet states "Unfortunately, com.qihoo.security has stopped." It also states in Blue REPORT or OK. It will not leave this screen no matter what I click on.

I have a skynet also known as skypad and i only dropped it once but it still kept working but a month later i couldn't tap certain things on my tablet like half of the screen i could tap it but the other i couldn't sometimes the audio didn't work but all i needed to do was reboot it but one night i was using my skypad and i thought it died because the screen just automatically went black so i tried turning it on...nothing i waited the next morning so it would charge and when it loaded it brought we to the start up screen but then it would turn black and then when i turn it back on it would just keep on doing it until finally it stopped and just didn't do any start up screen these tips are helpful but not enough (for me at least)
