音量过大
耳机工作正常——甚至好得过了头。
调低音量
请调整音频播放器上的音量。
耳机没有声音
音乐正在播放，但耳机里听不到声音。
检查插头
检查辅助接口（aux-port），确保设备已正确插入……如果没问题，请继续阅读。
检查音量
尝试调大音量或使用其他音频播放器，以确定耳机是否是导致问题的真正原因。如果仍然无法使用，请继续阅读以了解其他潜在原因。
检查辅助线缆
用手顺着辅助线缆（aux cord）摸一遍，感受线材外皮是否有鼓包或破损。如果辅助线缆有破损，标记出破损点，并参考辅助线缆更换指南。
只有一只耳机有声音
音乐正在播放，但只有一边响。
线缆外露或敏感
如果辅助线缆的某一部分受损，可以很容易地用……来修复。
内部布线断裂
如果设备外部的线缆没有问题，可能是内部元件损坏。拉开尺寸调节器，检查穿过其中的布线，确保它们完好无损。如果布线受损，则需要进行焊接。
声音听不清
耳机有声音，但听起来很奇怪。
检查插头
确保设备已完全插入音频源，并且没有受到手机壳或其他物体的阻碍。
清洁插头
如果声音有杂音，可能是音频播放器的辅助接口内有灰尘、沙子或污垢。可以通过向接口内吹气或用干燥的棉签轻轻擦拭来清除这些杂物。
检查辅助线缆
用手顺着辅助线缆摸一遍，感受线材外皮是否有鼓包或破损。如果辅助线缆有破损，标记出破损点，并参考本指南。
耳机无法正确佩戴
它们无法很好地贴合你的耳朵。
尺寸调节器损坏
如果其中一个耳罩因为滑动尺寸调节器损坏或脱位而受损，可以很快修复。请参考尺寸调节器维修页面。
耳垫损坏
如果耳机的泡沫垫受损或脱位，需要更换或重新安装。参考本指南获取帮助。
音量按钮失灵
蓝牙连接时音量按钮不起作用。
更改选定的播放设备 (Windows)
尝试将播放设备更改为 Hesh 2 Wireless Stereo。所有其他设备选项都需要手动调节音量，以及在应用程序或网站内选择歌曲。

I have an S3 and even on max they are not loud, plus the volume control doesnt work

Plus and Minus buttons
Volume buttons not working, bluetooth connected
Change selected playback device (Windows)
Try changing the playback device to Hesh 2 Wireless Stereo. All other device options will require manual volume control as well as song selection within application or website

My headphones produce sound but it's really bad quality and it sounds like I'm listening to the music from a long distance away, I have checked with other headphones and they work but not my skullcandy headphones. Anyone know what is wrong and how to fix it?

i had the same problem and from what I’ve experienced, the headphones have 2 types of headphone, idk how to explain it, but you can change it from headset to headphone. personally I’m using windows 10, so i went to the sound control panel, enabled headphones under hesh 2 wireless(that just mine it might be different) and disabled headset under playback AND recording, you wont hear anything if its not both, then restart whatever application you’re using and it should be fine
