吸尘器无法充电
我的 Pet Perfect II 已经在充电器上充电超过 8 小时，但仍然无法运行。
插入充电器
确保充电器和充电底座已插入电源插座。请使用通电的插座。
确保吸尘器已关闭
Shark Pet Perfect II 只有在关闭状态下才能充电。如果你的吸尘器没有关闭，它将无法充电。请关闭吸尘器后再尝试充电。
测试充电底座
充电器可以直接插入吸尘器，无需使用充电底座。若要测试充电底座是否为问题所在，请尝试仅使用充电器插入吸尘器进行测试。
更换充电器
如果充电底座或其连接线损坏，将会阻碍吸尘器充电。请考虑更换你的充电器和充电底座。
电池没电或故障
我的吸尘器充电后无法开启。我的充电器和充电底座均工作正常。
更换电池
Pet Perfect II 使用镍镉电池，据 Shark 称其需要大约 16 小时才能充满电。如果充电 16 小时后只能运行几分钟，你可能需要更换电池组。你可以致电 1-877-581-7375 联系 Shark 客户服务部，或访问 此处订购替换电池组。若要更换电池组，请查看此处的指南。
吸尘器吸力不足
我的吸尘器在运行时吸力和拾取能力很弱。
吸口堵塞
确保吸口没有被碎屑或其他杂物堵塞。这些堵塞物可能会阻碍吸尘器产生足够的吸力。
集尘杯已满
集尘杯已满也会导致吸力不足。取下集尘杯并将其清空到最近的垃圾桶。装回集尘杯并尝试运行。
集尘杯破损
集尘杯破裂或损坏会导致 Pet Perfect II 的气密性丧失。这种密封失效会阻碍吸尘器的正常运行。如果你的集尘杯损坏，可以在此处找到替换品。
电池电量低
吸力大小也取决于电池电量。运行前请确保吸尘器已完全充满电。建议的充电时间为 16 小时。
电动刷头不转动
吸尘配件中的刷头无法旋转。
物理碎屑阻碍运动
如果吸尘器的电动刷头无法旋转，请确保刷头上没有缠绕杂物或其他可能限制其运动的材料。如有必要，可以将刷头拆下并重新安装，以清除头发和其他杂物。
刷头损坏
如果刷头已损坏，Shark 不提供替换刷头，你可能需要考虑更换吸尘器。

I seriously haven’t had this much over 30 days and it won’t spin! It’s not full of debris and I feel you should absolutely replace it!! I love this for my couch and steps, why wouldn’t you replace if it’s defective?

Will the green light go OUT after it is fully charged? Brand new in charging station and green light keeps going off. It has been charging for about 12 hours because it new.

Motor brush slow spinning used only for some spot cleaning and we dont have pets but it's been 3 months and not working now. Not buildup just used to catch little food crumbs in couch . Took it apart and nothing stuck inside so I dont know. Not to happy with length of usage on this product

My Shark SV780n will sometimes run like perfect after a charge and other times it will only start up for 1 second and then shut off. What could the problem be?
