Sennheiser RS 120 故障排除

无音频输出
耳机无法发出任何声音。
电池故障
确保两节 AAA 电池放置正确，且耳机电源已打开。如果设备没有声音，但发射器看起来工作正常，则可能是一节或两节电池没电了，需要更换新电池。请参考此 指南 来更换电池。
音频线损坏
发射器连接有一根音频线。如果这根线损坏，声音可能无法传输，导致耳机无法发声。
扬声器故障
确保电池安装正确且设备已开机。如果电池完好但两侧扬声器均无声音，则可能是扬声器故障，需要更换。
音质下降
声音不清晰。可能伴有杂音或时断时续。
设备与发射器频率不匹配
发射器发出无线电频率并由耳机接收；如果发射器与耳机的接收频率未正确同步或调谐，声音质量会失真。为解决此问题，耳机右侧有一个调谐拨盘，用于调节频率。缓慢转动拨盘并监听声音变化。如果声音变得清晰，说明频率在该点已对准，即调谐正确。
无线电频率受到干扰
如果耳机与发射器之间距离过远，或者中间有墙壁等介质，可能会产生干扰，从而降低耳机的音质。此外，如果你靠近其他发出无线电频率的设备或无线电塔，这些设备或发射塔输出的频率也会干扰你的发射器到耳机的连接。为解决此问题，尝试靠近设备，并消除任何其他干扰源，观察音质是否有所改善。
声音时断时续 / 音频失真
声音不稳定。
RCA 辅助适配器连接问题
辅助适配器可能未完全插入音频播放设备的接口，导致连接不良。检查 RCA 线缆是否正确插入适配器。如果这不能解决问题，你可能需要考虑更换适配器。
存在无线电干扰
参见“音质下降”部分下的“无线电频率受到干扰”。
发射器无法开机
发射器无法工作。
电源线未插好
与耳机不同，发射器不是电池供电的。它需要通过电源线插入插座。请务必检查它是否已正确连接。
电源线损坏
如果电源线损坏，发射器将无法开机。这将导致无法发送信号，从而无法传输音频。此时耳机仍会发出静电噪音，但无法接收到来自音频播放器的信号。为解决此问题，需要更换电源线。
音频不平衡
音频在强度或存在性上出现单侧偏差。
单侧扬声器损坏
如果一侧耳朵有声音而另一侧没有，或者音频输出变弱，可能是扬声器损坏的结果。如果扬声器损坏，该侧耳机的音质将无法完全正常发挥。要修复此问题，需要更换该侧的扬声器。请参见“扬声器故障”。
线缆损坏
如果一侧耳朵有声音而另一侧没有，或者音频输出变弱，可能仅仅是 RCA 线缆故障。其中任何一根损坏都可能导致声音输出不平衡。

We are getting a vibrating sound in the left side. Tried unplugging everything for 15 minutes and then plugging back in but it is still there. Any ideas? Thanks!

I have my RS120 headphones connected to the phone jack on my Denon AVRS540t receiver. I receive a lot of static noise when watching TV but it works fine when listening to FM radio station ????
Tried to tune the headphones but non of the frequencies work . I need help !!!

The problem is with the base (Transmitter)
I had this problem and had to replace a filter capacitor in the base.
You may need to take it to a competent electronic technician to have it repaired (If you can find on these days)

Spontaneously, one day during the last month, I heard the audio from my headphone speakers skip 3 times in sequence but at random intervals. This behavior, at first, was hardly noticable because the occurrence was so infrequent. Although now, the same 3 skips pattern of sound output has massively increased in frequency to now happening every 10-20 seconds - sometimes even less. Has anyone experienced this or even heard of this happening??? What would cause the sound output to behave this way??? How can I fix this???
