Sometimes service providers complete system updates to their service and on rare occasions, it has a negative impact on the SIM card in your phone. If you have tried to resolve the problem and are certain you are in an area that your service provider has coverage, then your SIM card might need to be replaced.

I have same device and I contacted AT&T and they assisted me with unlock code. But now i am faced with another challenge, thus I inserted 3 different working SIM cards from 3 different network but i am still getting a no service error any time I try to make a call. Also there is the icon with a cancelled handset , which is closer to the network signal. I would be grateful for your help.
