闪光灯不闪光
即使闪光灯已开启，拍照时闪光灯也不会触发。
闪光灯已关闭
如果闪光灯不闪光，请检查并确认闪光灯已开启。如果闪光灯灯头处于弹出状态，则说明闪光灯已开启。如果灯头未弹出，请查看相机正面，并按压位于灯头右侧的闪光灯按钮。
闪光灯灯泡损坏
如果尝试上述方法后仍无法解决，可能是闪光灯灯泡损坏。如果是这种情况，你将需要按照 闪光灯更换指南 更换灯泡。
相机死机
相机对控制操作无响应。
设置有误
尝试将相机恢复为默认设置，方法是按下相机上的菜单按钮。然后在侧边栏向下滚动以选择设置图标。选中设置图标后，向下滚动找到重置选项，选择该选项并按“是”。这将把设置恢复为默认值。
相机开启时间过长
如果你无法将相机恢复为默认设置，请尝试关闭相机。将开/关开关拨到关闭位置。
取出电池
如果仅通过按下开/关按钮无法关闭相机，请尝试取出电池。请参考 电池更换指南 进行操作。
快门按钮卡住
即使松开快门按钮，相机仍会持续拍摄，直到存储卡满。
快门按钮脏污
按钮周围可能有积灰。使用气吹罐清除灰尘。
镜头无法对焦
相机从休眠模式唤醒后，镜头无法对焦。
镜头脏污
镜头上可能有灰尘或污垢。使用超细纤维布擦拭镜头上的所有残留物。
镜头未调整好
尝试转动镜头周围的拨盘，手动调整焦距。
镜头未正确安装
如果镜头仍无法工作，请检查并确保其已正确安装到相机上。将镜头放入相机，顺时针转动直至听到咔哒声锁定到位。
镜头故障
最后，如果镜头仍无法调整，你将需要按照 镜头更换指南 更换镜头。
相机无法连接手机
相机无法通过 Wi-Fi 连接到手机。
相机未处于 Wi-Fi 设置状态
首先，确保相机处于 Wi-Fi 模式。将设置拨盘转到 Wi-Fi，并选择适合你当前任务的应用程序。
手机未连接 Wi-Fi
同时检查并确保手机的 Wi-Fi 已开启。手机上的 Wi-Fi 图标应亮起。如果没有，请在手机设置中开启 Wi-Fi。如果手机 Wi-Fi 关闭，相机将无法连接到手机。
手机未连接到正确的 Wi-Fi 网络
检查手机是否已连接到相机的 Wi-Fi 网络。网络名称会显示在相机屏幕上。

My troubles with my 3 Samsung NX cameras started after I connected 2 of them at different times by u s b cable to our then newly purchased Samsung QLED tv set. Now no matter whatever I try, my NX1 will only connect to YouTube via Google, my NX30 will only connect to a Korean website called Naver, instead of both these cameras sending emailed photos. Whereas my NX1000 which up until today will not email photos or will connect to our router, but is able to find the wifi router correctly, but will not connect to it. I have contacted Samsung 3 times trying to get some help to get these cameras back to being able to email my photos from them, but each time I get the same answer from them, we are unable to help as we do not now manufacture cameras, can you believe that? That company’s attitude disgusts me when I add up what money we have spent with them buying their products.. Don Phillips.

My camera acts like it wants to turn on and open the shutter on the inside but it just makes a noise and then shuts back down

Hi,
Is someone experiencing difficulties in connecting Wi-Fi?
I have NX30 and iPhone XR, when i go to my Wi-Fi setting the phone connects to the camera Wi-Fi, but after few seconds it says ‘no connection’ and so in the app nothing shows.
Is someone having a solution for this?
