Galaxy won't turn on
"You've tried everything and it still won't turn on!"
Hold down the power button for any response
Holding down the power button allows the phone to both restart and reboot in hopes of resolving any occurring issues.
Drained/Bad Battery
On the off chance your galaxy just wont turn on you may need to purchase a new battery, for this specific model it would be the "Samsung EB-BN910BBK / AA1F9102S/2-B." This is the name of the original battery in which you can install.
Galaxy WiFi Problems
"Again Always be sure that all external actions are taken before dissecting and going under the hood of the phone itself."
Restarting the Phone
A good reboot is always an option and to do so hold the power button until the phone restarts.
Galaxy Settings
You may need to forget and re-sign in to the network. To do this, go to Settings and select the Forget Network option on the faulty network in which you are trying to connect to. Once you have done that, you will be required to sign in again with the password.
Interrupting Apps
If nothing above seems to work you can try updating all apps on the device. Last but not least if the problem still occurs you may need to boot your device into Safe Mode to check if a rogue app is the cause of the problem.
Galaxy Speaker Problems
If you are experiencing any speaker problems of having either little sound or no sound try these steps listed below.
Checking Volume Level
As clumsy as it sounds, you may need to check your volume level on your phone and make sure it's not low or on mute.
Restarting the Phone
A good restart of the phone will hopefully resolve the issue in rebooting all system functioning. If the problem still arises after the reset you may need to replace the speaker.
Galaxy Overheating Issues
Whether you've been using the phone for a long amount of time or it's just been in the sun a little too long and an overheating warning displays on the screen you may be experiencing a overheated phone issue.
Restart the Device
When restarting the device make sure that after the restart you keep the phone either under the shade or in a cool area and let it sit there for a couple of minutes to cool down.
Remove Battery
If you're still experiencing the issue try powering down the phone and taking the battery and microSD card from the microSD card slot if there is one. As before keep place the phone in the shade or a cool area for a couple of minutes so it can cool down.
