牙刷不振动
按下按钮时牙刷不振动。指示灯可能不亮，或者设备工作正常但没有振动。
电池故障
如果你的设备无法充电或无法开机。
确保电源适配器已牢固插入墙壁插座和玻璃无线充电杯。将牙刷底部放入玻璃杯中，手柄底部的电池图标应显示绿灯。
如果使用充电杯后电池指示灯不亮，请找到你的无线充电旅行充电盒。将充电盒插到墙上插座充电 30 分钟。充电完成后，将牙刷放入充电盒。如果指示灯仍然不亮，请考虑更换充电盒。
如果测试充电杯和充电盒后指示灯都不亮，请考虑更换牙刷内的电池。
进水损坏
如果设备底部有水渗出或盖板破裂。
当充电杯中积聚倒流的液体时，就会发生进水损坏。请确保保持充电杯清洁并远离液体。用温水（可使用少量肥皂）清洁牙刷，并用毛巾擦干。
如果问题依旧，请考虑拆下塑料外壳并晾干内部组件。
电池无法充电
使用充电杯或充电盒时设备无法充电。
充电用具

手柄指示灯不亮

LED 故障
将牙刷连接到充电口。如果牙刷上的所有指示灯都不亮，请考虑更换电池。如果有一个或多个指示灯能亮，请联系 Sonicare 维修设备，点击此处。
按钮失灵
设备充电正常，但按下按钮时没有反应，或者有时才有反应。
按钮卡住
如果按钮无法按压，可能是按钮下方有东西将其卡住了。要修复此问题，请先将刷头从牙刷上取下。然后，用螺丝刀卸下外壳底部。握住牙刷，使指示灯朝上，按压牙刷内部两侧的两个卡扣。将金属头放在平坦的表面上，轻轻向下按压。取出卡住按钮的物体，然后重新组装设备。
牙刷振动节奏异常
如果你的牙刷以大约 1 秒的脉冲频率振动，且刷头更换提醒灯闪烁（针对适用型号），你可以尝试通过恢复出厂设置来修复。重置步骤如下：
- 将手柄放在充电器上。
- 在按住模式按钮的同时，按 10 次电源按钮。
- 松开两个按钮。此时恢复出厂设置模式已启用。
- 在按住模式按钮的同时，按 6 次电源按钮。
- 再次松开两个按钮后，你会听到 3 声蜂鸣，手柄上的指示灯会闪烁，表示已成功恢复出厂设置。

The on-off button became harder and harder to press. So I looked at it with a powerful hand-lens and immediately saw the problem. Lime scale buildup, with visible crystals forming in the narrow space between the body and the button. A descaling chemical solved the problem immediately! Some fizzing, and a lot of white solution being flushed out as I pressed the button repeatedly while irrigating the button with the descaling chemical.
Operation completely back to normal.

Thanks so much for the great tip! I had hesitantly changed from Oral B to Philips when my daughter raved about her Smart Brush and then a year later, the brush just stopped vibrating. Your scaling suggestion around the On/Off button worked like a charm!

I have trouble with my toothbrush going off and vibrating while not being used. Scared us one night. Turned off, but then will do it again. Washed to make sure nothing was pressing the button, still goes off. So had to put outside in plastic bag ready for trash. When I walked outside you could hear it running and buzzzing like some giant bug in the bag. Decided to trash it. Now it is at least 10 or more years old. It has the sterilized place and charger all together. I saved and was wondering if I get new tooth brush would it fit on that charger? Please help.
