Nintendo 3DS 2015 故障排除

I have this model, it is a black super Mario 3DS, the new version, I recently had someone replaced the top screen as it was cracked, the console powered on, but unfortunately, did not load into the home screen. Once I received it back from the repair shop the console now is passing all of the hardware test in terms of no pop noises and staying on without the blue light, turning off, the screens are still not working, I am replacing the daughterboard as now it only works when plugged in to an outlet with battery plugged in and it wasn’t doing that before, my question to you is based on this and the repair man saying that everything else looked good under the shell in terms of the cables do you think there is an issue with the NAND? The safe mode option does not work, the console has never been modded or homebrewed, and I’ve already tried those simple button fixes, I’ve tried to boot it with and without a new SD card and I’m thinking that NTR boot might be my only option
