随机重启
手机在正常使用过程中会随机自动开关机。
手机应用故障
手机上的某个应用可能导致手机重启。将手机切换到安全模式可以修复重启问题。为此，请按住电源按钮直到出现电源菜单，然后长按“关机”选项，在弹出提示时选择“确定”。如果执行此操作后重启不再发生，则很可能是某个应用引发的问题。你可以逐一卸载应用，直到找到导致问题的应用，或者重置手机并移除所有应用。
硬件故障
如果上述步骤无效，另一种可能是手机硬件损坏。如果是这种情况，最稳妥的做法是致电商店/制造商，确认是否可以更换设备。
充电时过热
设备插入充电器时发热。
充电器故障
尝试使用其他充电器，检查设备是否继续过热。如果充电器有问题，请弃用它以防进一步损坏。
电池损坏
打开设备背面的电池盖，检查电池连接处及电池本身是否有任何损坏迹象。如果发现任何损坏，请停止使用设备，并前往 Motorola 官网申请维修。
进水损坏
确保设备没有进水。如果发现任何进水迹象，请拆下后盖和电池，查看液触指示器 (LDI)。如果设备受潮，LDI 将显示为粉色或红色；若未进水，则显示为白色。
设备需要重启
如果你已经超过一周没有重启过设备，请长按电源按钮并关闭设备。然后，重新开机并再次插入充电器。
像素无响应
你的 Motorola Moto E6 LCD 显示屏出现像素无响应。
第三方应用引发故障
将设备启动进入安全模式，以确定问题是否由第三方应用引起。首先导航至“主屏幕”，然后按住电源按钮直到出现“关机”菜单。松开电源按钮后，点击并长按“关机”选项。接下来，应出现“重启至安全模式”的消息。点击“确定”进行确认。设备将自动关机并重启进入安全模式。解锁设备并输入屏幕锁定密码即可进入安全模式。
如果设备问题消失，则很可能是第三方应用造成的。要修复此问题，你应该删除所有不受信任或最近下载的可能引发问题的应用。
需要清除缓存分区
接下来，你应该通过恢复模式清除缓存分区。首先关闭设备，然后同时按住调低音量按钮和电源按钮，直到设备开启。接着按调低音量按钮，直到电源按钮旁边的标记显示为“恢复模式”。按住电源按钮以重启设备进入恢复模式，屏幕上会出现标志。在按住电源按钮的同时，按下并松开调高音量按钮。按调低音量键高亮显示“Wipe cache partition”（清除缓存分区），然后按电源按钮确认选择。清除缓存分区后，选择“Reboot system now”（立即重启系统）并按电源按钮确认选择。
设备需要恢复出厂设置
如果以上方法都无法解决问题，则设备可能需要进行恢复出厂设置。前往“设置” -> “备份和重置”。接下来，根据需要启用“备份我的数据”选项。然后点击“恢复出厂设置”并点击“重置手机”以确认。
屏幕损坏引发故障
物理损坏的屏幕可能导致像素无响应以及 LCD 显示屏内部的进一步问题。如果 LCD 显示屏物理损坏，则需要进行屏幕更换。
照片模糊
手机拍摄的照片显示模糊或失真。
镜头污损
对于基本清洁，可以使用超细纤维布或类似布料；但对于难以清除的污点，可以使用棉签作为更强力的清洁工具。
高动态范围 (HDR) 模式已关闭
相机配有 HDR 模式，如果该模式关闭，手机拍摄的画质通常较低。手机预设为自动模式，但保持开启 HDR 模式通常会让照片更清晰。
镜头有划痕或损伤
如果镜头上有任何划痕或破损，解决方法是更换手机的摄像头。
屏幕卡死或无响应
手机偶尔会出现卡顿，导致屏幕死机或对触摸无响应。
设备存在程序错误或病毒
如果手机出现程序错误相关的问题，可能是由于下载了特定应用或从不同网站感染了病毒。要临时解决该问题，请按电源键关闭屏幕，然后再按一次键将其重新开启。如果这不能解决问题，请重启设备。同时建议通过本指南将手机进入安全模式，以便在未运行第三方应用的情况下安全地将其删除。如果上述步骤均无效，请按照步骤对设备进行恢复出厂设置。
SIM 卡故障
如果上述步骤未能解决问题，设备可能存在 SIM 卡故障。尝试按照本指南取出当前 SIM 卡，然后更换一张新卡。如果一切尝试都失败，请联系 Motorola 服务中心对软件进行重刷。

I plug my cell in and it goes to zero percent I unplug it and it turns off and then I turn it on and it's at 50 percent what would be causing this and the cell I got bran new 3 months ago

Having volume issues when the rings plus when talking can't hear the without being on speaker all time can you help me?

mine had a security update, when i hit install, it loaded to 20% and stayed there for a few hours, i tried to restart but it just came up the same so i left it for the night, in the morning all i get is a black screen with n/a in the top left corner. the phone was perfectly fine before!!

I just received my new Moto e6 a few months ago, and have loved it. Recently, I have just a couple of issues that I would like to solve.
First, it just started “not sending” texts to one person or another. Will be able to send to others, but ones that I send to all of the time, will come back “not sent”. ???? I will call them to make sure all is well w/their phones, and they are getting texts from others, but mine wont send.
Ive rebooted, taken their names and info out of my phone and added again, & finally, it allows me to send texts to them, again. But, it seems to take alot of time & trouble.
Second, shortly after getting my new phone, I customized some rings for my family but their rings have gone back to my default setting. ??? And, for some reason, when I take them out & add the custom rings, again, it still goes back to my default.
Whats going on w/my new phone & how can I fix it & keep it fixed???

I have a gate that should open once the visitor put the code in but it doesn't open once I put my code in. I need help to solve this problem.
