音质较差
自购买耳机以来，音质有所下降。
其中一个扬声器不工作
首先，检查扬声器是否有异物阻塞。如果情况并非如此，则可能是内部布线松动，或者扬声器需要更换。

耳机失去音频连接
播放过程中没有音频或音频中断。
线缆连接
确保线缆两端均已正确连接。尝试使用耳机另一侧的插孔，以确定是哪个插孔出了问题。此外，尝试将耳机插入其他设备，看看问题是否出在耳机上。
音频插孔发出的声音有杂音或失真
音频效果不正常。
音频插孔故障
插孔可能需要彻底清洁。首先，用棉签蘸取异丙醇。然后，用棉签轻轻擦拭插孔内部。别忘了在使用前留出足够的时间让插孔干燥。
耳机佩戴不贴合
耳机是否会从头上滑落、感觉不适，或者看起来外观不佳？
头梁或其他塑料部件破损
任何破损的塑料部件都可能导致耳机佩戴不贴合或掉落。你需要使用胶水将断裂的部件粘合在一起。请确保使用适用于塑料的胶水。别忘了遵循胶水生产商的说明。
耳垫脱落
如果一个或两个耳垫从听筒上脱落，你的耳机可能会佩戴不适。请先按照生产商的说明使用胶水进行粘合。如果上述方案无效，可能需要更换听筒。

I have the one cord headphones and the problem is I keep pulling them by accident and now my audio is alot lower and cant hear discord or skype

computer wont detect when my Monster DNA headphones are plugged in, replacing the cor with an AUX cord seems to work temporarily, but it works for a shorter period each time i buy a new cord

Is only 6 months old and. Don’t get any charge no matter if I plug in to the power for 24 hours

Brand new and can't get the headphones to charge. I plug the into the power jack, red light comes on showing they are charging and than it goes off after 10 seconds. HAve tried plugging in elsewhere and get no charge. I did get the bluetooth part charged.
