Laptop is not turning on

Defective Power Supply

If the laptop will not turn on, even when plugged into the power supply, the power supply will usually be the culprit. A new power supply will need to be purchased in this case.

Defective Battery

If the laptop will not turn on when not plugged into the power supply. This could be an issue with the internal battery supply. Failing or Defective Solid State Drive (SSD)

This issue is not accompanied with any audible noises. Sometimes failure happens after a power surge or failure. Diagnostics tests are available online to test the functionality of the SSD.
