Logitech UE Hyperboom Audio is Not Clear
Logitech UE Hyperboom speaker's audio is not clear or the speaker has no audio even when the device is powered on.
Bluetooth is OFF
If the Speaker has power and is producing audio when pressing a button or turning on or off, your Bluetooth may be turned off causing the speaker to not connect and preventing it from producing audio.
Volume is Too Low
If the speaker is powered on and the device is connected the volume on either device may not be turned up to an audible volume. Try pressing the '+' button on the speaker or pressing the volume up button on your connected device
Distance is Too Large
The Logitech UE Hyperboom features a Bluetooth connection for a range up to 150ft. Any farther may result is audio crackle or cutting. Move the Bluetooth connected device closer to the speaker.
Low Battery
Audio distortion may be caused by the battery running out of charge. Charge up the speaker to ensure it has enough charge before resuming use.
Factory Reset
It is possible that audio problems could be a result of a small technical problem. In this case you might need to factory reset the speaker. To do so, turn the speaker on and hold down the power and play/pause button simultaneously for around 5 seconds. An audible cue should play, and the speaker will turn off. You can now turn the speaker back on.
Faulty Speaker
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it is possible that the internal speaker component may have been damaged or is malfunctioning and will need to be replaced. Refer to our [speaker replacement guide] for instructions.
