光标灵敏度
光标移动过慢或过快。
DPI（每英寸点数）过低或过高
调节鼠标上的 DPI 按钮，直到达到理想的灵敏度。你也可以在驱动程序软件窗口中进行调节。
移动时有噪音
左右移动鼠标时，有咔哒声。
滚轮松动
考虑更换一个稍微宽一点的橡胶滚轮，如有必要，请参考本指南。
移动不顺畅
鼠标难以左右滑动，感觉像是被什么东西卡住了。
鼠标脚贴需要更换
鼠标底部的贴纸状脚贴可能脏了或者需要更换。
连接问题
移动鼠标或滚动滚轮时，光标没有反应。
传感器堵塞
用超细纤维布清洁传感器区域，或用镊子挑出碎屑。此外，对于难以触及的区域，可以使用除尘喷雾清理角落。
固件过旧
前往罗技官网检查固件更新，并考虑开启自动更新。若不进行这些更新，你将无法使用罗技提供的出色新功能。
鼠标下方表面
传感器可能无法在某些表面（例如玻璃）上正常追踪。考虑使用鼠标垫。使用鼠标垫可以保护你的鼠标免受凹凸不平或透明表面的影响。

Just got a logitech G502 and I started noticing it would freeze for very short periods of time (~ 0.5sec freezes every 10-30 minutes. ) I tried different USB ports, different computer, redownloading drivers, uninstalling logitech gaming software, and it still randomly freezes. Looked online and other people having the same problem with no clear solution. This seems like a common thing with the G502

device turned off suddenly, laptop is not picking it up anymore, I have tried all the usb ports, even in another laptop, any suggestions?
