Lenovo IdeaTab S6000 Troubleshooting
The Lenovo Ideatab S6000 was released on February 24th, 2013. The device weights 19.75 oz, and comes 10.1 inches Multi-touch screen, 1024 MB RAM, 16 GB, microSD, and Quad core, 1200 MHz, ARM Cortex-A7 processor.
Tablet won't turn on ¶
No matter what you do, you can't get your Ideatab S6000 to turn on.
Drained/bad battery ¶
If your tablet won't turn on, first try to charge the tablet. If the problem still arises, you will need to replace the battery
Difficulty hearing sound ¶
No sound will come out of the device
Volume is off ¶
If at first no sound is coming from the device. First check to see if you volume is on or be sure that the device is not on silent.
Broken speaker ¶
After you check to be sure your device is not on silent and if you are still having difficulty hearing sound you will need to go into your device and replace the speaker. Use the speaker removal guide to help you through this.
Blurry pictures ¶
My camera is taking blurry pictures or the picture is not being taken
Camera is dirty ¶
If your camera is taking blurry pictures, first check to be sure your camera isn't dirty.
Camera wont take good pictures. ¶
After cleaning the camera or if the camera is not taking the pictures, There is a problem with the camera itself, you will need to go into the device and replace the camera. You can use the camera replacement guide to help you through this.
Lack of vibrations ¶
My tablet wont vibrate anymore
Vibration switch turned off ¶
If your tablet is not vibrating, first make sure you have the vibration setting turned on for your tablet.
The tablet completely stopped vibrating ¶
If your tablet wont vibrate and the setting is turned on, there may be a problem with your vibration switch. you will need to go into your device and replace your vibration switch. You can use the vibration switch removal guide to help you through this process.
