Phone has a Short Battery Life

The phone powers down frequently and dies soon.

Battery is Faulty

If your phone refuses to charge, the culprit may be the battery. The battery is what holds charge in your phone, and you may consider replacing it in order for it to hold charge again.

Outdated operating system

There might be an error in your current system that is causing your battery to drain quickly, and an update might fix that problem. In some cases, updating your software could help improve your battery life.

Phone is Overheating

The device is experiencing a significant temperature increase, causing it to overheat.

Using a Thick Case

The phone emits heat through its body. Thick cases can hinder heat dissipation, causing overheating. You may try switching cases.

Excessive Use of Camera

Recording long videos may cause overheating due to processor hindrance. Record away from sunlight and turn off the flash when not needed.

Too Many Background Apps

It might help reduce overheating if you close out unused apps. Unused apps generate additional heat on the processor.

Phone won’t Charge

Your device never seems to be charging.

Charging Wire Issues

If your phone won’t charge, potentially consider that it may be your current phone charger that may be broken. This is a pretty simple replacement as all you need to do is buy a new charger.

Charging Port is Dirty

One issue you might be having is that some sort of waste may be trapped in your charging port. Cleaning it out may be a potential solution to your problem.

Unresponsive Blue Screen

The device screen turns blue rendering the phone unresponsive.

Software Glitch

A force restart can clear any minor software glitches. You can do this by holding the “Power” and “Volume Down” buttons for around 15 seconds. Release when your device turns off and restarts to see if the issue is resolved.

Battery Glitch

First, remove the back cover of your device and take out the battery. Keep the battery out for about 5 minutes. During this time, press and hold the power button to ensure any remaining charge is completely discharged from the device. Afterward, reinsert the battery and power on your device to check if it starts up as usual.

Non Responsive Phone

An unresponsive screen typically refers to a situation where the touch or input interface of a device.

Phone has Insufficient Storage

Lack of storage space could be a possible cause of an unresponsive screen. Try connecting the phone to a laptop or computer and clearing some storage space.

Screen is Dirty

Frequently cleaning your phone's screen is crucial, as an unresponsive screen can sometimes be easily fixed by keeping it free from dirt and smudges. Additionally, don't forget to regularly clean the underside of your screen protector, as a dirty protector can cause touch-related issues by interfering with touch sensitivity.
