扬声器无法开机
设备无法正常开机/关机。
设备处于关闭状态
查看设备右侧，找到电源滑动开关。如果滑动开关拨至最右侧，则表示设备处于开启状态。如果开关拨至最左侧，则表示设备处于关闭状态。
电源适配器故障
检查电源适配器，确保其已插入车辆的点烟器充电口或标准的家用插孔。观察 LED 指示灯是否亮起。如果灯亮，说明适配器工作正常；如果灯不亮，则适配器存在故障。请考虑更换充电器。
设备无法保持电量
设备插入电源后无法保持或接收电荷。
电池故障
确保电源适配器工作正常，然后将其连接至设备。如果设备能开机，但拔下电源后立即关机，则极有可能是电池故障。建议更换电池。请按照本指南进行电池更换。
充电口故障
确保电源适配器工作正常，然后将其连接至设备。如果设备仍然无法开机，则可能是充电口故障。请按照本指南进行充电口更换。
没有声音
设备无法发出声音。
音量设置过低
查看设备顶部中间的蓝色指示灯，确保设备已开启。反复按压设备右下角的音量按钮。如果声音恢复，说明此前音量设置过低。
扬声器故障
确保设备已开启，并且已多次按压音量按钮。如果设备仍然没有声音，则可能是其中一个或多个扬声器出现故障。建议按照本指南更换扬声器。
按钮失灵
按压设备上的按钮时，没有任何反应。
设备处于关闭状态
查看设备右侧，找到电源滑动开关。如果滑动开关拨至最右侧，则表示设备处于开启状态。如果开关拨至最左侧，则表示设备处于关闭状态。
按钮损坏
如果设备已开启，且其他按钮工作正常，则那个失效的按钮可能存在故障或损坏。请考虑按照此替换指南更换按钮机构。
设备无法与手机配对
无法将手机与设备成功连接。
蓝牙未激活
请遵循手机附带的用户手册，确保手机的蓝牙功能已开启。然后像往常一样尝试与 Jabra Freeway 配对。如果设备连接成功，说明之前只是蓝牙未开启。如果设备无法连接，请尝试将手机与其他蓝牙设备配对，以确保手机蓝牙功能正常。
设备蓝牙故障
如果手机的蓝牙功能一切正常，且 Freeway 设备顶部的蓝色指示灯也确认设备已开启，则该设备的蓝牙天线可能存在故障。请考虑按照此替换指南更换天线。

How can I replace the battery? Is it special battery? From where can I get it?

There seem to be serious compatibility issues with this BT speakerphone and several popular smartphones in the past years (it's given me grief with a Samsung S1 Plus, an LG G2 and now a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4). The problem is intermittent, too: the phones connect fine, the device is usable for a couple of calls (or hours, or even days) and then the voice quality becomes awful, constantly interrupted (chopped). It feels as if the ADC circuitry stops sampling at the appropriate rate or maybe the noise cancellation algorithm goes haywire?
This becomes frustrating REALLY fast, especially for the person outside the car (they can hardly understand what you are saying and get frustrated).
I am an Electrical Engineer myself, so I tried to experiment with it a bit but to no avail. I contacted Jabra tech support and all I could get was that it may be a BT comms error & that I should reset the pairing lists (holding together Answer/end, Voice & Mute) on both devices & try again. It only seems to help temporarily. Help?

Same issue here (voices gets interrupted/chopped), as well as randomly disconnecting and reconnecting. I installed the firmware update just a few minutes ago and hope this is over now.

My Java freeway keeps shutting off and comes back on as I'm driving. Is this normal
