无法充电
设备已经连接到充电器和电源，但仍然无法充电。
电池性能已随着时间的推移而退化
- 所有电池的性能都会随着时间的推移而退化，你可能需要重新更换一块电池。请参照 Battery Replacement Guide的指示完成电池的更换。
设备的micro USB接口损坏
- 请参照 micro USB / Aux Replacement Guide 的指示来更换micro USB接口。
音箱喇叭出现了爆破音或音响效果较差
扬声器喇叭里的音频出现了模糊或破损的情况。
音量过大，扬声器产生的震动使得喇叭产生了爆破音
- 请参照 Speaker Replacement Guide来替换出现问题的扬声器。
设备或扬声器过热导致扬声器出现破损
- 请参照 Speaker Replacement Guide来替换出现问题的扬声器。
使用音频接口连接设备后，设备无响应
使用音频接口连接到其他设备后无音频输出。
连接头进水后导致短路
- 请参照 Aux Replacement Guide来完成对设备白色外壳部分的替换 。
连接头遭受到损坏或其内部存在碎片等异物
- 尝试用棉签来清理音频接头内部。如此方法不奏效，那您的设备则需要拆机清理或更换该部件。请参照 Aux Replacement Guide浏览更多细节。
设备无法通过蓝牙连接其他设备或设备完全无法正常工作
主板短路或其他损坏。
主板进水
- 请参照 The Motherboard Replacement guide完成对所有进水部件的替换。
设备跌落造成其内部组件损坏
- 请参照Open the device 来分析是否需要替换部分组件。如需更换设备组件，请参考以下相对应的指导手册：The Motherboard Replacement guide，The Speaker Replacement Guide，或 The Button Membrane Replacement Guide.
按键无法正常工作
当按键被按下时，按键无法正常弹起或设备无响应。
有异物进入到按键内
- 请参照Open the device拆开设备并清理该按键。
按键损坏
- 请参照Open the device拆开设备并更换该按键。

I am having the same problem! This is ridiculous. It's been just a month I have this headphones and barely used it. Not cheap either!

red blue/ red blue light means , it's ready to connect and is now visible as a bluetooth device

There is a RESET available that fixed my flashing blue/red , no connect issue.
Hold down POWER and VOL DOWN until reset. There will be a light sequence, RED RED RED BLUE BLUE BLUE … RED RED BLUE BLUE .. RED BLUE … OFF.
Turn it back on and its reset. Thats if your buttons work.
