NS-CLIP02 Not Turning On ¶
The LCD screen is black after pushing the power button.
Device is not plugged in ¶
Plug the power supply into a working power outlet and confirm that adapter is properly plugged into the device.
Make sure the wall outlet is working properly ¶
Test the device by plugging the power supply into multiple power outlets to confirm the outlet is working.

NS-CLIP02 Has No or Distorted Sound ¶
When iPod/iPhone is docked, radio speaker has no sound.
Check to confirm that the device is not on mute. ¶
Locate the mute button on the device and toggle the switch to see if device will

Locate the volume button on the iPod/iPhone and make sure it is turned up all t
the way. Locate the volume button on the clock radio and make sure it is not on
the lowest setting.
Check to confirm that the iPod/iPhone is on and playing music ¶
If your device still has no sound, check to confirm that the iPod/iPhone is docked and that it is on and playing music.

When the iPod/iPhone is docked but the charge icon does not appear
