HP ProBook 440 G6 Unresponsive Touchpad

Try turning the touchpad off and on by double-tapping the top left corner of the touchpad.

1. Turn off the laptop and disconnect the Charger.

2. Make sure to remove any discs from the disc drive.

3. Disconnect all non-essential devices such as external hard drives, USB flash drives, etc.

4. Press and hold the power button for approximately 15 seconds.

5. Once you’ve powered down your device, reconnect the charger and turn on your laptop.
