打印机无法开机
即使按下电源按钮，打印机也没有任何反应。
打印机供电不足
如果打印机连接在电涌保护器或电源插排上，请尝试将其直接插入墙上的插座。如果已经直接插入墙上插座，请尝试更换另一个插座。
交流电源适配器故障
在某些情况下，可能是打印机的交流电源适配器出现了故障。如果遇到这种情况，你可以更换交流电源适配器。
无线打印功能无法使用
你无法通过电脑或智能手机进行无线打印。
打印机未连接到正确的网络
为了进行打印，你的电脑或智能手机必须与打印机连接到同一个网络。如果你的家中或办公室有多个网络，请确保你所用的网络与打印机所用的网络相同。
更改打印机网络的操作步骤：
- 在触摸屏上，按压无线图标，然后按压无线菜单图标（齿轮形状）。
- 按压“无线设置”，然后按压“无线设置向导”。
- 选择你想要连接的网络，然后按照屏幕上的说明进行操作。
网络阻止了打印任务
在某些情况下，你的网络可能不允许无线打印。如果你认为属于这种情况，请尝试联系你的服务提供商。
出现打印头错误
打印机屏幕或电脑显示“打印头出现问题”。
需要重置打印机
软件问题可能会导致此故障。硬重置或许能解决你的问题。执行硬重置的方法如下：
- 开启打印机电源
- 拔掉打印机背面的电源线
- 等待 60 秒
- 重新插上电源线并开启打印机
需要清洁打印头
你可以使用自动工具来清洁打印头。具体操作如下：
- 按压“设置”图标
- 按压“打印机维护”
- 按压“清洁打印头”。共有三个清洁阶段，每个阶段之间会打印一张测试页。
- 检查测试页的打印质量
- 如果打印质量仍然很差，按压“继续”以进行下一级清洁。如有必要，请重复此过程。
- 如果打印质量正常，按压“完成”。
需要校准打印头
你可以使用自动服务来校准打印头。具体操作如下：
- 按压“设置”图标
- 按压“打印机维护”
- 按压“校准打印头”
- 打印机打印出校准页后，按压“确定”
需要恢复打印机出厂设置
如果硬重置无法解决问题，你可以尝试执行恢复出厂设置。请记住，恢复出厂设置会删除你保存的所有设置，因此你需要重新进行设置过程。执行恢复出厂设置的方法如下：
- 按压“设置”图标
- 按压“恢复”
- 按压“恢复出厂默认设置”并选择“恢复”
打印头故障

打印机无法打印任何页面
当发送打印任务时，打印机没有任何打印动作。
打印机墨量不足或无墨
打印机上显示的墨量仅为预估值，因此有时可能不准确。请尝试更换墨盒。

打印出的文字质量较差

Many instruction reference buttons that don’t exist on the named printer. They also reference the power adapter. (It doesn’t have one; Power is applied straight from the outlet.)

Printer was printing fine. I changed the color cartridges. then the screen on the printer went blue and says 01144661

Select Devices and Printers in the Windows Control Panel.
Find your HP printer in the list of printers. Select the appropriate printer model, then right-click on it. Confirm by clicking Yes in the pop-up window.
Do a print test.
If the above steps do not resolve your HP printer issue, try canceling all print jobs.
Cancel all print jobs on your HP printer:
Select Devices and Printers in the Windows Control Panel.
In the list of printers, find the correct HP type of printer. Right-click the correct printer model and select View printer from the drop-down list.
Open the Printer menu located at the top right and click Open as administrator from the drop-down menu.
Click the Printer menu at the top right once more, then select Cancel All Documents. A dialog window will open. You can edit all records in the print queue by clicking Yes.
Try to make a test print and see if your HP printer now works.
