Samsung Galaxy Note Edge Troubleshooting

You've tried everything and it still wont turn on!

Hold down the power button for any response, as this would (usually) turn on the phone. However, if the device is still unresponsive, then

On the off chance your Galaxy Note Edge just won't turn on, you may need to purchase a new battery, for this specific model it would be the "Samsung EB-BN910BBK / AA1F9102S/2-B." This is the name of the original battery in which you can install.

It is possible that it appears nothing is happening because the display is bad. If .... it is possible you will need an Galaxy Note Edge LCD screen for replacement.

Again Always be sure that all external actions are taken before dissecting and going under the hood of the phone itself

A good reboot is always an option and to do so hold the power button until the phone restarts.

You can also try restarting the Wi-Fi router, it is recommended to unplug the router wait for 30 seconds at the least before plugging back the router. If this fails you may need to update the routers firmware.

You may need to forget and re-sign in to the network. To do this, go to Settings and select the Forget Network option on the faulty network in which you are trying to connect to. Once you have done that, you will be required to sign in again with the password

If nothing above seems to work you can try updating all apps on the device. Last but not least if the problem still occurs you may need to boot your device into Safe Mode to check if a rogue app is the cause of the problem.
