设备无响应
“你无法听到声音，也无法将设备连接到扬声器。”
重启设备
操作可能非常简单，只需将设备关机再开机即可。这或许能重置设备遇到的任何问题。长按操作按钮 (O) 直到设备重启。
重置蓝牙
要重置本设备的蓝牙连接，请同时按住蓝牙按钮和操作按钮 10 秒钟。这样做可以在不切断与 Fugoo 正在连接的设备的情况下重置 Fugoo。

扬声器声音不够大/音质不佳

检查已配对设备的音量
查看你已连接到 Fugoo 扬声器的设备（手机、笔记本电脑等），确保设备上的音量已调高。音量不一定需要调到最大，但至少应该调到 75% 以上。
检查扬声器本身的音量
在确保已配对设备（手机、笔记本电脑等）的音量已调至至少 75% 后，请使用扬声器顶部的音量按钮，确保扬声器本身的音量也已调高。
确保扬声器已更新
你可以通过 Fugoo 的网站联系他们，并务必下载最新的固件更新。运行 1.00.36 或更高版本固件的扬声器具有更好的音质和音量。
充电问题
“将扬声器插入墙壁电源插座时，它无法充电。”
使用正确的充电器
确保你使用的是 Fugoo 随设备提供的充电器。使用其他充电器可能会导致设备充电速度大幅变慢，甚至完全无法充电。
充电口

重置扬声器

更换内置扬声器

Cannot get it to pair. When I turn it on it says " Power on", "Bluetooth is off". If I push and hold the Bluetooth button for 10 sec, nothing happens. When I hold the Bluetooth and the action button for ten seconds, the light turns red for a second, and the voice says ," Bluetooth off"....::??!!?

Try turning the unit off. Hold the action button and volume up while holding the power button. This should turn the unit on, disabling the wired input. When it starts Bluetooth should work.
I have to do this every time. I believe there is an issue with the wired input thinking a wired connection is present. This shuts down the Bluetooth to save power.

I have a solution to fix “Bluetooth OFF.” I have a Fugoo Tough and it worked perfectly except it stopped pairing and I started troubleshooting but it would always announce “Bluetooth OFF.” I tried all of the above Bluetooth-related fixes, reloaded the firmware which was the same I already had, but at the end it still announced “Bluetooth OFF.” Spent hours and hours as everything else was perfect. Remembered seeing a comment on here about letting the battery die completely to fix a power-on issue so I played it until hearing “Battery is low, recharge battery,” and kept restarting until it added: “Powering off” then continued to restart until it was absolutely DEAD. Got the Fugoo software updater open on my computer, connected the speaker and I was so hopeful as it ran much slower and was thrilled at the end when the speaker announced “Speaker on, charge battery” and that was it! IT DID NOT announce “Bluetooth OFF.” Fully charged it and it paired with my iPhone right away, exactly as it should.
