Tighten any hardware found in the guitar. It may just be some lose screws that are holding the strings. It is important for the strings to have the correct resistance to be able to play the correct chord.

This would cause you to file the frets. This will require a very long file because it is important to file all the frets together not just the one that is uneven. This should ensure that all your frets are even.

This is caused by dryness. Just let your guitar sit for a while and give it the proper humidity. This should bring it back to its original form.

Try to level it, if this does not work then the finger board will need to be replaced or be repaired by an expert to plane and re-fret it.

Buy a tuner and play each string in front of the tuner. Each string has to be adjusted to its right note. Each string can be adjusted my turning the knobs of each strings that can be found at the end of the guitar. Be careful with adjusting it too much as the strings could just rip in half.

This would mean replacing the string. Find an instrument store and buy the string that ripped. Thickest is Low E, then A, then D, then G, then B and then the thinnest string is High E.

To replace, place the end of the string that has a hole and put it inside its proper placement in the bridge. Grab the other end of the string and wrap it around the knob with a slight resistance in between. Then tune the string by turning the knob until the string has the right amount of resistance to play the note.

"I don't like how my guitar looks, it is working fine but is starting to look old!"

This may be caused by a high action which means that there are too much distance in between the strings and the frets. This would mean that the saddles would have to be cut down to the appropriate height. Saddles should be less than 1/32 inch or more than 3/16 inches about the bridge. It is recommended to consult with an expert and possible have them cut down the saddle for a more accurate result.
