检查电池
检查电池是否没电。更换四节全新的 AA 碱性电池。检查电池安装方向是否正确。也可以使用充电电池，推荐使用佳能 AA 规格镍氢 (NiMH) 电池。
检查电池盖板
确保电池盖板已紧闭。此外，检查电池外壳是否有腐蚀或组件弯曲的情况。
CMOS 电池
主板上有一个内部电池，可能需要检查或更换。具体位置请参考《相机外壳指南》。
开机后屏幕全黑
电池电量低

屏幕亮度过暗
环境光线
根据出厂设置，LCD 显示屏图像在强光或明亮光线下会变暗，这属于正常现象。
闪光灯不闪烁
检查电池

检查相机设置
按压“功能/设置”按钮，滚动到闪光灯输出菜单。进入菜单后，再次按压“功能/设置”按钮以开启闪光灯。
更换灯泡
如果频繁使用，闪光灯灯泡可能会烧坏。出现这种情况时，必须更换灯泡。
无声音
警示音仍可播放，但启动音、操作音、自拍定时音和快门音均已静音。
检查相机设置
按压标有“菜单” (menu) 的底部按钮以打开菜单。按压右方向键进入设置菜单。向下滚动至静音选项，检查该功能是否已开启。如果已开启，选中该项并按压“功能/设置”按钮以关闭静音。

My canon Pwershot A620 camera turns on but the lens won't activate. The message is that the mechanism has sand or something like that preventing it from opening.
This sounded like the camera was fine and just needs a cleaning which is impossible for a non-professional to do but the guy at the camera store says no one will repair it or it will cost more than a new camera. Really?

I got a powershot from a thrift store and the batteries left in it were corroded. After changing the batteries the camera still wouldn’t turn on, so I tried to clean it up a bit. It still wouldn’t work. Does anyone know what’s going on and/or know how to fix it?
