Cell phone won't unlock ¶
The default password to unlock you cell phone is the last four digits of your cell phone number, or try #5625*.
If that does not work, you may need to take the cell phone into you nearest service station.
Pictures aren't clear ¶
The plastic cover over the camera may be dirty.
Please refer to the face plate repair guide for access to the cover. Once you can access the camera cover, gently wipe away accumulated dirt.
Cell phone is frozen ¶
Try turning the phone off and turning it back on.
If the phone's buttons are completely frozen, take the battery out, put it back in and then turn it on again.
If the above doesn't work you will need to take the cell phone into your nearest service station to have the software reloaded or have the newest update loaded.
Speaker phone is unclear ¶
When you can hear the caller, but the caller can't hear you the microphone needs to be replaced.
When the caller can hear you, but you can't hear the caller the speaker needs to be replaced.
If the phone ringer sometimes works, or if the hands free option doesn't work the loud speaker needs to be replaced.
