扬声器没有声音
(插入并开启耳机后，扬声器没有任何声音。)
扬声器损坏
确保你的耳机已完全充电或已正确插入计算机。如果耳机仍然无法输出音频，很有可能是扬声器（或两个扬声器）烧毁了。解决方法是用新的功能正常的扬声器进行更换。
耳机无法开机或无法正常工作
(耳机已插入音频插孔，但仍然无法工作。)
耳机插孔
如果你的耳机无法开机，或者只能偶尔工作，亦或是性能减半，这很可能是电源相关的问题。首先，检查输入插孔内部是否有灰尘或异物。如果端口内没有碎屑，那么问题可能出在基础布线上。
麦克风无法工作
(我对麦克风说话，但设备没有任何拾音，朋友们听不到我的声音。)
麦克风损坏
首先，检查你的耳机是否处于静音状态。如果是，请点击静音按钮取消静音，并检查是否可以正常拾音。然后检查耳机是否已完全插入耳机适配器。如果已经插好但仍无法拾音，说明是麦克风本身的问题，可能需要进行更换。
外部组件损坏
(我的头带出现了裂缝/弯曲，我想要更换它。)
头带损坏
连接两个耳罩的部分断裂或出现了裂缝，你想要修复它。最简单的方法是用胶带缠绕，这样通常就能解决问题。如果头带依然松动且无法与你的头部贴合，你可以更换导轨，以获得完美的佩戴感。

Hi my astro a40 tr randomly disconnects and the ps4 says headset disconnected but after like 2 or 3 seconds the sound comes back on but then it says no microphone you can use whilst normally the mic works fine just when the headset disconnects and comes back on the mic stops working. Do you guys maybe know how to fix this?

I was getting up to run downstairs and pulled my headset with it and pulled the cord out of both the headset jack and controller jack and when I plug it in it registers and when I go to Xbox party the ring around my gamer pic pulses like I’m speaking but I can’t gear anything through my headset

Everytime i reset my console or turn it off the next time I turn it on i can't hear anything from the headsets it showing me its on but no audio i just got them few days ago astro a40 tr with pro moxamp for my Xbox series x

Windows indicates sound is coming through the headset according to Sound->Playback, but nothing is coming out of the headset. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to resolve this?
