Apple TV 第四代故障排除

the Apple TV 32 GB I have is blanking off Video and Audio after about 10 minutes of use, from a Power On mode. The Video and Audio is blanking out every few seconds and the outage is lasting for a couple of seconds. After a few blanks, I lose both Video and Audio completely and even the buttons on the Remote do nothing although I can see the power light flickering whenever I press any button on the Remote to go back to the home page, or press the glass surface to pause/stop. After a few minutes I will get back the screen.

If I am playing from my MacBook using AirPlay, the streaming is absolutely fine on the MAcBook but the Apple TV would have the blank screen and of course No audio. I have changes the HDMI cables, powered off completely Everything and restarted, and the device does report the HDCP and I even called up the Cable TV technician but the outages continue. I then swapped my old Sony BluRay DVD and although the speed is 30bps the streaming is not causing any issues; only on Apple TV.

We just bought our second Apple TV for generation and after 45 months it does not even come on all we see is a blue screen we tried troubleshooting and nothing.

Has anyone ever got an Apple TV or TV+ to work on an universal remote? And if so, may I ask how?

I’m trying with a SofaBaton and am running out of patience.
