Anker Soundcore Select 2 A3125 Not Charging

If your Anker Soundcore Select 2 A3125 speaker isn't charging as expected, this troubleshooting guide may provide some solutions.

Visually inspect the charging cable for any physical damage. Look for damage to the connector, or a crimped/frayed part of the cable. If there are no signs of damage, plug the cable into a different device. If it still does not charge, the charging cable is broken and must be replaced.
