If your gun is not firing, ensure that you have darts loaded in the chamber and that they are loaded properly. The barrel may be clogged, so check the barrel for any debris. The final problem may be that the large spring in the gun needs replacement. If the previous issues have been resolved with no success, open up the Nerf gun. You will see a large spring towards the top of the gun. Remove the spring for replacement. See our troubleshooting guide for more details.
If your pump is jammed, make sure that you clean it properly to get rid of any excessive dirt that may be clogging the track. Then, Open up the gun. There is a small black piece next to the large spring at the top of the gun. In some cases it can become misaligned and jam the gun. Remove it and realign. If that does not work, the track can be bent. Open up the gun. When the gun is pumped, the small orange bar that sits on the lower part of the pump is pushed in. In some cases this piece can be bent. Remove it and replace with a straight part. Check out our Troubleshooting guide for more details.
First, try pulling the trigger. If the gun has already been pumped, it will move freely until the trigger is pulled to release the spring. Then, open the gun using out guide and be sure that the large spring in the top of the gun is attached properly. After that, you can check to see if the pump track has been fractured.
