This could be a couple of things. First, try turning your camera off and removing the battery. Wait thirty seconds before replacing the battery and turning the camera back on. If your screen continues freezing, you may need to replace the screen. You can refer to our replacement guide.
If you are having trouble taking a clear photo, try using a tripod to keep the camera steady. If they are still coming out blurry, you could have a dirty lens, your camera could not be focused when you snap the photo, or you may not have enough lighting. For more information refer to our troubleshooting page and look under "Blurry Pictures."
Your camera requires a memory card, such as the MicroSD, Micro SDHC or MicroSDXC. More information on this can be found on Samsung's device page, under full specifications, scroll down to storage. The memory card is placed in the same compartment as the battery, located on the bottom of your camera. Push the card into this slot. To remove the card, push down and it should pop out.
There are a few different solutions you could try if your camera won't turn on. The battery may be low and needs to be charged, so plug it into your charger.
