Day job is in cyber security, IoT and IoMT security. Additional efforts in refurbishing vintage electronics, and repairing newer systems and devices. Father taught me to solder in the 70s, before I was a teenager, on CB radios. First hardware hack was on a Commodore 1541 floppy drive (I was hooked with that one).

回答“Where can I buy a replacement charge port?”If the problem is the cable or the actual charger (or “wall wart”…part that plugs into the wall), those should be easy to find about anywhere. You’re looking for a 12VDC 1.5 amp charger. The connector will be polarized. Look on the bottom of the charger, and it should have the polarity of the connector on it. It should look like the barrel connector. It will probably look something like this - —C· —+ or the reverse. THIS IS IMPORTANT! If the problem is the connector/jack in the tablet, and they don’t have them here on iFixit, Mouser is always a good place to start. Get a part number if at all possible. Here’s a pre-filtered search for some possibilities. https://www.mouser.com/Connectors/Power-Connectors/DC-Power-Connectors/_/N-axitt
回答“iPod wont take a charge, no power is being drawn from outlet.”Try a different charger and/or cable. If that doesn’t do it, with a device that old, it is likely the battery needing to be replaced. Next would be the power connector is broken. Outside of that, it could be bricked. Here’s to hoping it’s just a cable! :)
回答“Computer running too slow”All Dells have a Service Tag (like a serial number) on them. For that model, it will be on a sticker on the bottom, possibly under the battery. If you can find it, write it down. Then, go to Dell’s, website here: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/latitude-e5530/overview If found the Service Tag I mentioned, type it into the Dell website. This will give you all the system’s details, including how it was configured when it was originally built. Regardless, all of the Dell software mentioned above can also be found on the same website, two tabs over. Or here: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/latitude-e5530/drivers Finally, this is everything you’ll likely need to dial that Dell back in (also on Dell’s website) https://www.dell.com/support/article/en-us/sln284879/dell-latitude-e5530-system-guide?lang=en HTH
