There’s an internal piece to analog that controls that actual movement, the joy con is usually what allows it to move. My thought is it came loose. You can easily remove the joy cons and check out what’s going on inside by looking up a quick guide.

Not really sure what you mean by get Viking Pro off your screen. Sounds like you are stuck in a boot mode if I’m understanding correctly. Force the device off by holding the power button on your tablet, and re-start it. That usually fixes issues with this specific model.

It can be fixed, generally happens when a digitizer fails on the device, but you can additionally attempt to hard reset it by doing these steps: (1) Press and hold the Power button for a full 40 seconds. After the first 6 to 8 seconds, the screen will go blank, which is normal. Continue holding the Power button. (2) After 40 seconds, release the Power button. The charge indicator light will turn on after a few seconds. Hopefully that fixes it, cause unfortunately its not really worth the repair cost on a device of this value. Have a great day, Austin

There’s a chance that your media transfer only option is enabled. You should be able to swipe down from the top and see what method it’s using to connect via USB. Plug it into your computer and check, and change it to USB mode only if possible. Hope this helps, Austin

No it will not, it does not come default with the messages app, Apple has chose to only include this in their iPhone series, and iPad series, and newest 6th gen iPod touch.

The reason you probably can’t delete them is most likely to a setting in your iTunes that is preventing it from being removed, a sync setting you have set so it auto syncs with your library, even if you per say remove it. Go to your iTunes and turn off auto-sync and it should be able to be loaded off. Thanks, Austin

Have you checked to make sure all of the cables were put back in the original place? Try turning it on, can you hear the fan start up then quickly shut off? If so, you poked the motherboard wrong unfortunately and it means most likely the computer is fried. If you can add a bit more details as to what is wrong though I may be able to help. CDMA phones, especially after paid after, will also work with GSM carriers. With Sprint, the account holder will have to call Sprint to unlock their device. 2)is it possible to use Indian sim cards in it Yes, you can put an Indian SIM card in a CDMA/GSM phone alike, given the device is unlocked. 3)if the phone is locked to say Verizon, is it possible to unlock it and then use Indian sim cards. Verizon automatically unlocks their devices once it has been paid in full if it was under an installment plan, so yes, you can put an Indian SIM card in them. As for other websites, I won’t name any in particular but I’d recommend using your local marketplace and buying from people their, as most people will gladly get rid of old phones for cheap if they are useless to them.

Hey Alex, We repair MacBooks at our shop here weekly and here’s a few tips that we’ve used to make the repair process a bit easier. (1) This is obvious, but we make sure we are using the precise correct size driver. (2) We had Isopropyl Alcohol (90% or higher) to the area of the screw in very very small amounts, to weaken any possible adhesive in the area. Additionally this can help cause when they solder the board the screws can be hit by the extreme heat. WAIT AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE TURNING THE LAPTOP BACK ON. Isopropyl alcohol at 90% or higher dries extremely quick, but better safe than sorry. Do NOT add heat to the screw areas as the motherboards are extremely fragile and we actually did this early on in our repairs and although we had success for a while, eventually we fried one of them.
