I have almost the same issue, however in my case LED also goes out when I press the power button, and nothing happens. Any ideas what can be the reason?

My imac 2011, wont turn on. LED 1 is on, but as soon as I press power button it goes out and nothing happens. Any ideas what could be the issue?
