Yes, i have same issue for 2 days with Axon 7 mini (model: ZTE B2017G). Phone displays "[Launching?] apps..." then "Optimizing app 1 of 1" just before rebooting. The last app added on Play Store was "Google Keep" (in fact unsollicited) and before a Facebook update, what about you? I could limit damage by taking the phone to in Safe Mode where all apps are disabled except the basic Android OS ones (Gmail, Maps,...). To do so, I did follow the instructions at this link: http://howtosafemode.com/555/how-to-turn-on-safe-mode-on-zte-axon-elite It won't work out straight away, you need a few trials and a bit of luck (you really have to switch instantly from 'Power' to 'Volume down' button and keep pressing until you see. Now I'm stuck there. Cannot install antivirus like AVAST nor apparently uninstall the recent apps. So, looking for assistance at this point. Best, Cedric
