I would send the phone to a company that is qualified to clean the oxidation off of the components and replace any that may be shorted, oxidated or otherwise damaged. The reason that I suggest that route rather than just order a screen is so that you don't throw money into the phone without knowing what is going on. Opening the phone and looking around is a good first step. The logic board needs to be removed and cleaned. Most of the water damage that I have seen is on the backside of the logic board. This is because most of us set the phone down screen side up. This causes the water that did get into the phone to go to the lowest spot, the backside of the components. Disassemble, inspect, replace bad components, clean, re-assemble. Most shops that can do component level repair and data recovery will have a screen to verify whether or not yours is damaged.

I would look under the settings for an orientation lock and see if you might have locked the screen.

The 6s plus home button cable is part of the LCD assembly. The home button connects to the cable that runs up the screen and connects to another cable at the top of the screen. From there that second cable connects it to the logic board. Yes. I am assuming that this is the rear camera. I would agree that it sounds like the backlight filter. You will have to have someone who can micro solder replace the filter for you unless you have the tools and expertise. Good Luck

It looks as if this part comes with the button and bracket installed already from the picture. It's a bit more that just the button and bracket but its all that I could find here. Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 Screen Good luck.

Rice does not do anything for your waterlogged phone except let the water sit longer which causes further oxidation. What you should do instead is take the phone apart. Disconnect the battery and remove all of the components from the logic boards. Remove the covers from the logic boards, as they hold in the water, and run them through a good ultrasonic cleaner for 20 minutes. When finished, submerge the logic boards in 99% iso alcohol for a few minutes to displace the water. Let these dry completely. That should stop the oxidation which is what will cause further damage. As for the damage that the water is done, it may be too expensive to fix. There are a few companies that can look at the logic boards and make that determination or possibly recover your data.
