Background and Identification
The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W50 is one of many models produced in the "W" series, and was released in 2006. This model comes in both black and silver, and many of its features were updated from their previous models.
The W50 model has a larger LCD display, thinner body, and improved white balance in imaging. This camera has 6.0 megapixels resolution, 3x optical zoom, and no Manual Mode. The model preceding this camera is the W55, which was released in 2007.
