Background and Identification
The HP Prime Graphing calculator features a multi-color touchscreen in addition to a full-feature keyboard for user input and interaction. It includes powerful applications and tools along with wireless connectivity and a rechargeable battery.
The first model of the HP prime model (NW280AA) released in 2013 did not come with wireless connectivity or USB communication. The second model (G8X92AA) was introduced in 2014 and came with wireless connectivity and USB communication. The third model released in 2016 (G8X92AA) has an improved color range. The fourth model released in 2017 doubled the RAM, doubled the ROM, and upgraded the CPU. It is hardware revision D and is referred to as the "G2" (Generation 2).
