After 30 years of perfect service, the amplifier enters protection modes after 10~60 minutes of play and PROTECTION!! or a blank LCD panel is displayed. The master volume LED on the volume knob blanks. The amplifier can be turned off from the remote and needs to sit for at lease half an hour before it can be turned on again. The manual stated that it could be the loudspeakers short circuit and activated the protection. I tried disconnecting all speakers or to another stereo speakers. Not much improvement. No sign of overheating. What to do?
